Tip #2: You should never walk to far away or leave your food unattended while your are grilling. This will ensure that you don't overcook or burn your meat. You should use a meat thermometer to determine that the meat reaches the desired internal cooking temperature. Keep the barbecue grill lid closed while cooking. This will eliminate flare-ups that usually can char the meat.

Tip #3: You want to get the most out of your barbecue grill, so you should be aware of how to take care of it. Maintaining and caring for your barbeque grill is simple and easy. You should always clean it after each use with warm water on the grates. Keep your grill covered to protect the shell from the elemenst.

Tip #4: If you still don't own one, you need to know how differences between all the various types of grills so you can choose the right style for yourself.
